Sugar provides necessary calories, at the same time, along with the electrolytes, enhance the transport of water across the intestinal barrier through osmosis.

How to use
Usage Instructions	Infants: Consult the doctor. Children (2 years & above): One liter over a period of 24 hours or more as directed by the physician. Adult: two liters over a period of 24 hours or more as directed by the physician.
Usage Precautions	For infants on mother's milk, mother should continue breastfeed more frequently as there is more demand for fluids. Continue feeding the child during diarrhea. If diarrhea persists after two days of treatment or the child shows signs of dehydration, take the child to the nearest health facility.
