Data Removal and Account Deletion:

We understand the importance of your privacy. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will be promptly and permanently erased from our system. We do not retain any information from deleted accounts.

What Personal Data We collect from you

The personal data we collect includes your name, your address, your email address, your IP address and other limited information from your social media profile if you signed into our website using social media details. If you make a payment, your card information will be collected by our third-party processor specialized in secure online processing of financial transactions.

(EID) and additional medical information will be collected When you choose to upload a prescription , to enhance our services. This data is treated with strict confidentiality, used solely for authentication and service improvement purposes.

By uploading a prescription, you consent to the collection and use of EID and medical information as outlined in this section.

We use personal information collected for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests ("Business Purposes"), in order to enter into or perform a contract with you ("Contractual"), with your consent ("Consent"), and/or for compliance with our legal obligations ("Legal Reasons"). To send you marketing and promotional communications [for Business Purposes and/or with your Consent]. We and/or our third-party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. Payment Details information

We do not store, hold or keep any sensitive information such as credit card information or other related payment details. Instead, we use a selected UAE third party vendor portal. This ensures that your information is used only as necessary and is only accessible to the bank completing the financial transaction for anything you have ordered from the Website.

You may pay for the Products which you order online using Al Ain Pharmacy E-Platforms by supplying your credit/debit card details to our third-party payment provider OR by paying cash on delivery. You may also use combination payment with multiple options of cash, card payment, rewards points or approved gift vouchers as provided in Al Ain Pharmacy E-Platforms checkout process.

We would therefore always encourage you to regularly follow the guidance from your bank and/or financial institution in relation to minimizing the risk of information being capable of being stolen.

Coupon Codes

Coupon Usage and Redemption:

Coupons are valid for use only on [https://alainpharmacy.ae/].
Coupons are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another user or account.
Only one coupon can be applied per order
Coupons may have a minimum purchase requirement or other restrictions. Please refer to the specific coupon details for more information.
Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions & offers
Coupons are not valid on medicine.

Coupon Eligibility:

Coupons may be issued to specific customers or specific products.
Coupons are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or withdraw at any time.

Expiry Date:

Each coupon has an expiry date. Expired coupons will not be honored or extended.
We are not responsible for any coupons that are lost or deleted by the user.

Refunds and Returns:

If you return an item purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the case of partial returns, the discount will be prorated

Coupon Abuse:

Al Ain Pharmacy reserves the right to monitor coupon usage
Al Ain Pharmacy may cancel orders that are obtained using fraudulent or unauthorized coupons.

Prescription Delivery Service

Availability:

Our Prescription Delivery Service, including the Upload Prescription feature, is exclusively available for delivery within Abu Dhabi. Orders placed for delivery outside of Abu Dhabi will not be fulfilled.

Upload Prescription Feature

Verification: Uploaded prescriptions will be subject to verification by our licensed pharmacists before the order is processed.
Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on the verification process and the availability of the prescribed medications.

Limitations and Restrictions

Geographical Limitation: This service is limited to Abu Dhabi City.
Stock Availability: Delivery of medications is subject to stock availability.
Regulatory Compliance: In accordance with UAE regulations, certain medications, including controlled and semi-controlled substances, cannot be dispensed online. Delivery of such medications is restricted to comply with these legal requirements.

Return & Refund Policy

As per the U.A.E Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 Concerning Consumer Protection. We can`t accept return or refund on the following:

The product is free from any defects that might harm the consumer’s health and safety.
The consumer decides that he/she does not want the goods anymore.
Bought the product for someone else that they do not like or already have.

All types of medicines, according to the Department of Health Authority Circular No. (2) Published in 2005, which states that: medicines dispensed to the public should not be returned/ refunded for any reason:

Vitamins, supplements, and health foods.
Milk, baby food and baby care supplies.
Personal care items, and all products that might contact the skin or body fluids.
Medical equipment and diagnostic/measurement equipment intended for personal use that might contact with skin or body fluids (such as nebulizers, breast pump and Thermometer devices, etc.)
Clothes, body support and medical instruments / supplies (such as back or abdomen belt, body shapers and medical plasters, etc.)
Medical and Cosmetics preparations and products that are sensitive to specific storage conditions (heat, light, etc.)
Medicines or products dispensed by health insurance service cannot be returned or refunded after dispensing.

We can return or refund products, the following conditions should be observed:

The ability to return or refund if you contact us at 800-500-800, 48hrs only from the date of purchasing the product on the purchase invoice; if the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications or the purpose that was agreed upon above.
Original proof of purchase or receipt needs to be presented.
The item must be in its original condition/packaging – not used, not tampered& kept within optimal storage conditions.
Items on offer must be returned in full set – not used and no signs of tampering.
Clothes, body support and medical instruments / supplies (such as back or abdomen belt, body shapers and medical plasters, etc.)
If a refund is approved, it will be refunded with the same mode of payment as at the time of purchase.
Any voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only.
Replacement service not accepted if another product has already replaced the product.
The return or refund applies only on the same branch issuing the receipt.

However, in case a product has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately through our toll-free number (800 500 800).

Defective Products may also benefit from a manufacturer’s defects warranty.

Refund Process

If the Product(s) is qualified for the Refund, then please follow the below process to claim for a Refund:

Pickup Process: Once the Refund is approved, the product pickup process will start and picked up by logitsitcs team
Refund Process: the refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order. Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card within 15 workings days. However, We shall not be responsible for the delay in refund due to delay in processes of banks.
In the case of transactions completed using cash payment methods, refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher.
This voucher will be valid only to the account who placed the original order.
The voucher can be utilized to repurchase items using the refunded amount, valid for use only on [https://alainpharmacy.ae/] or Al Ain Pharmacy App.

Liability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Products in question. Nothing shall exclude or limit our liability to the extent it cannot be limited under UAE law.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to deliver the Products to the extent that such delay or failure to deliver arises from causes beyond Our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riot, strike, lock-out, and industrial disputes.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any action or dispute arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy except for those individuals who may have rights to make claims under Privacy Shield, or the Swiss-US framework.

The laws of United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the website. Your use of the website may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Kids' Privacy [Children Under 18]

We collect information from kids under the age of 18 just to better our services. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data without your permission, please contact Us. If We become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

You acknowledge and agree that Al Ain Pharmacy shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. Al Ain Pharmacy does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.

Indemnification

You consent to indemnify, defend and hold Us harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable legal fees) related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions provided by Al Ain Pharmacy.
