How to use
Usage Instructions	Directions: To maintain daily nasal hygiene and comfort, spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril. This procedure can be repeated several times a day and over a longer period. Safe for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. To treat a dry and irritated nose caused by air conditioning, air pollution, or from sudden changes of temperature and air quality (e.g. while travelling), spray 3 to 4 times in each nostril as often as necessary.
