How to use
Usage Instructions	Shake well before use. Adults, including the elderly and children 12 years and over: 5-10ml (one to two 5ml spoonfuls) after meals and at bedtime, or as directed.
Usage Precautions	Do not take gaviscon within 2 hours before or after taking antihistamines.
