Details	Fibralax Plus Sachets is used to treat constipation & eliminates abdominal bloating. This product contains a Galactosidase, an enzyme that breaks down non-digestible oligosaccharides found in many foods (some types of vegetable, legumes, fruit and grains). Because of this enzymatic action, Fibralax PLUS also encourages evacuation and counteracts the formation of gas in the intestine due to the colonic fermentation of non-digestible oligosaccharides. It also works by increasing the amount of water in the stool, making the stool softer and easier to pass.

How to use
Usage Instructions	Adults and children above 12 years of age: one sachet, two to three times a day, immediately before meals. Since Psyllium fibre mulct delay the intestinal absorption of medicines, make sure that there is at least a 2 hour period between taking Fibralax PLUS and the medicinal products. Instructions for use: Pour the contents of one sachet of Fibralax PLUS into a large glass, add still water (200 ml), mix well for few seconds and drink immediately.
