How to use
Usage Instructions	Cut off 30 cm of floss Wrap around your index finger. Using your thumbs, gently guide the floss between your teeth with a back-and-forth motion. Hold the floss tight against the surface of a tooth and slide it downwards. Then place the floss on the other surface and repeat the action.
Usage Precautions	Cut 45 cm of floss and roll it up around two fingers. Floss upwards from gums to teeth.
