| Usage Instructions | Make sure to relax for 5 min before testing blood pressure. Sit down , rest your arm on a horizontal table and keep the arm on your hearts level. Slide the cuff to your left arm so it will be 2-3 cm above the elbow . Make sure the tube is facing the top of your hand. press start to begin measuring . after few seconds the screen will show you your BP. please read the manual before use for more details and instrcutions |
