The M3 Comfort can be used by two separate users and a guest and stores up to 60 blood pressure readings per user. E3 pain reliever: OMRON E3 Intense is a drug-free pain reliever, with 6 pre-set programs for the back, shoulders, joints, and muscles. | Usage Instructions | The Omron E3 Intense Pain Reliever features a compact design for use at home, work or travelling by plane and train. It works with triple action: it blocks the pain message, triggers the release of endorphins and improves the blood circulation on the back, shoulders, joints, arms, legs, sole and feet. Insert the batteries and place the pads on either side of the pain, as per directions in the instruction manual. Choose the preferred massage mode and start using as needed. Omron recommends a total of 2 x 15 minutes therapy in one sitting, up to 3 times/day. Omron M3 blood pressure monitor: Apply the arm cuff Press the O/I START button and remain still, the cuff will start to inflate automatically When the measurement is complete, the arm cuff completely deflates and blood pressure and pulse rate are displayed. |

| Usage Precautions | * Please read the instruction manual accompanied with the devices. * Don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before you take your blood pressure. * Empty your bladder before your reading. * Sit in a comfortable chair with your back supported for at least 5 minutes before your reading. * Put both feet flat on the ground and keep your legs uncrossed. * Rest your arm with the cuff on a table at chest height. * Make sure the blood pressure cuff is snug but not too tight. The cuff should be against your bare skin, not over clothing. * Do not talk while your blood pressure is being measured. * Never place the electrodes over the front of your neck, over your eyes, or directly on your head * Don't use pain reliever device when driving, using machinery, sleeping, or in the bath/shower. * Your skin may become slightly red and itchy when you remove the electrodes, but this should disappear quickly. If redness, itchiness, and soreness persist, then contact your healthcare professional. |
