| Usage Instructions | Insert the contour next test strips into the blood glucose meter. Use the lancet device to prick the finger for blood sample needed. Move the meter and test strip to the blood drop gently touching the test strip channel. Ensure that the channel is completely filled with blood. Then the test result will appear on the screen with a Smartlight target range indicator. For more information regarding instruction of use, check the booklet in the item box. |

| Usage Precautions | Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place below 25 C. Read your user guide and all instructional materials provided in your meter kit before testing. Examine product for missing, damaged, or broken parts. If the test strip bottle is open inside a new box of strips, do not use those strips. Always keep the CONTOUR NEXT test strips in their original bottle. Tightly close the bottle immediately after removing a test strip. Wash and dry your hands and the testing site thoroughly with soap and water before pricking your skin. Don't use hand sanitizer before testing. If using alcohol wipes, let the site completely dry prior to pricking. If you are dehydrated or your red blood cell count is low (anemia), your test results may be less accurate. If shared, blood glucose meters should be cleaned and disinfected after every use. Restrict use of fingerstick devices to individual persons. Do not perform a blood glucose test when the Contour Next meter is connected to a computer. |
