| Usage Instructions | make sure to relax for 5 min before testing blood pressure. Sit down , rest your arm on a horizontal table and keep the arm on your hearts level. Slide the cuff to your left arm . Make sure the tube is facing the top of your hand. make sure the cuff is placed 2-3 cm above of your elbow. pull the cuff tight and press start to begin measuring . after few seconds the screen will show you your BP. please read the manual before use for more details and instrcutions |
