| Usage Instructions | Insert the onetouch select plus test strips into the one touch select plus meter. Use the lancet device to prick the finger for blood sample needed. Move the meter and test strip to the blood drop gently touching the test strip channel. Ensure that the channel is completely filled with blood. Then the test result will appear on the screen with color indicator. For more information regarding instruction of use, check the booklet in the item box. |

| Usage Precautions | * Keep out of reach of children. * Store in a dry place below 25 C. * Always read labels, warnings, and directions before using a product. * Wash your hands thoroughly before blood sampling. * If shared, blood glucose meters should be cleaned and disinfected after every use. Restrict use of fingerstick devices to individual persons. * At the beginning, measure your blood pressure at least twice daily. Take it first in the morning before eating or taking any medications. Take it again in the evening. Each time You measure, take two or three readings to make sure your results are the same. * Avoid food or caffeine for 30 minutes before taking a reading. * Sit quietly before and during monitoring. * Make sure your arm is positioned properly: Rest your arm, raised to the level of your heart, on a table, desk, or chair arm. You might need to place a pillow or cushion under your arm to raise it high enough. * Place the cuff on bare skin, not over clothing. * Take a repeat reading to make sure of the result: Wait 1 to 3 minutes after the first reading, and then take another. If your monitor doesn't keep track of blood pressure readings or heart rates, write them down. |
