How to use
Usage Instructions	Push the switch to ‘W’ to heat up the infrared area. This now starts to light up. After a few minutes, it is heated up and ready for use. Important: If the infrared area is heated up for a relatively long period without any skin contact, you may find the temperature uncomfortably high. Before application, please therefore always check the temperature of the infrared area with your fingertips. Switching off the infrared heat briefly can reduce the temperature. When the temperature of the infrared area is correct, set the switch to ‘W + M’. You can now start the infrared heat massage.
