Details	ASD IRON is a food supplement based on iron, vitamins C and B12 and folic acid. Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, It also contributes to the normal transport of oxygen in the body, to the normal formation of haemoglobin and together with vitamin B12 to the normal formation of red blood cells. Folate contributes to normal haematopoiesis. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, increases the absorption of iron, and together with vitamin B12 and folate, to the normal function of the immune system. Furthermore, vitamin B12, iron and folate are involved in the cell division process.
Ingredients	Micronized iron pyrophosphate, U bulking - agent: dicalcium phosphate; glazing agent: gelatin; Vitamin. C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; colour: calcium carbonate; Folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
Usage Instructions	Take 1 capsule a day to be swallowed with water.
