How to use
Usage Instructions	ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN): 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. CHILDREN (3-12 YEARS): 2 teaspoonfuls 2 times daily. CHILDREN (1-2 YEARS): 1 teaspoonfuls 2 times daily. Ideally taken with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Osteocare Liquid can be continued for as long as required. After opening store in fridge and use within 8 weeks.
