| Usage Instructions | 1. Add the content of a sachet of Sinusalt 2. Fill the bottle with 250 mL of clean lukewarm *water (see instructions for use) and screw on the nose cap-adaptor ensuring that it is fully sealed. Shake it until the salts are completely dissolved. 3. Lean over the sink, insert the nasal adapter into one of your nostrils.
