| Usage Instructions | • Always follow the instructions on the tin carefully. • Wash our hands with soap and water, dry using a clean towel. • Wash reeding bottle, nipple and cap, then boil them for 5 minutes. • Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow cool to 40C • Check the feeding table, pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the feeding bottle. • Add the exact number of leveled scoops of Primalac Ultima AC, using the enclosed scoop, then close the bottle. • Shake the bottle well until the powder is fully dissolved. |

| Usage Precautions | • Unboiled water and bottles or incorrect preparation can make your baby ill. • Only prepare one bottle at a time. Throw away any unfinished milk after feeding. • Use only enclosed scoop. Always make sure that the prepared milk is lukewarm. • Primalac Ultima AC is a thickened fomula, use a nipple with a bigger hole. • Always hold your baby while feeding. Leaving your baby unattended may cause chokinq. • Use content after opening for a maximum of 4 weeks. Use by the date shown base of the tin. Close the tin and store it in a cool and dry place. • Use prepared Primalac Ultima AC within a maximum of 1 hour. |
