| Details | PRIMALAC PREMIUM CMA is a specially formulated, extensively hydrolyzed protein-based infant formula designed for babies from birth to 12 months who suffer from cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA). Its carefully selected ingredients help reduce allergenic potential while providing the essential nutrients needed for healthy growth and development. Pimalac Premium CMA is an extensively hydrolyzed protein-based formula designed for infants suffering from cow’s milk protein allergy, suitable from birth to 12 months. This formula must be used exclusively under medical prescription. It is strongly advised not to use other formulas in place of Pimalac Premium CMA due to its specialized composition. From 6 months onwards, it's recommended to gradually introduce a diversified diet, including vegetables, fruits, and cereals, alongside the formula. It is always best to consult your doctor before starting any infant formula. |

| Usage Instructions | • Always follow the instructions on the tin carefully. • Wash our hands with soap and water, dry using a clean towel. • Wash reeding bottle, nipple and cap, then boil them for 5 minutes. • Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow cool to 40C • Check the feeding table, pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the feeding bottle. • Add the exact number of leveled scoops of Primalac Premium CMA, using the enclosed scoop, then close the bottle. • Shake the bottle well until the powder is fully dissolved. |

| Usage Precautions | • Unboiled water and bottles or incorrect preparation can make your baby ill. • Only prepare one bottle at a time. Throw away any unfinished milk after feeding. • Use only enclosed scoop. Always make sure that the prepared milk is lukewarm. • Primalac Premium CMA is a thickened fomula, use a nipple with a bigger hole. • Always hold your baby while feeding. Leaving your baby unattended may cause chokinq. • Use content after opening for a maximum of 4 weeks. Use by the date shown base of the tin. Close the tin and store it in a cool and dry place. • Use prepared Primalac Premium CMA within a maximum of 1 hour. |
